Last night I was at my friends house and I decided to weigh myself.
I am officially 180! :P
That means I’m down 14 pounds from my starting weight.
I can’t see a difference but my mom and my friends say they can definitely see the difference.
Being able to lose that weight so quickly makes me extremely motivated to reach my goal weight! I’ve been doing the 30 day shred (which you can find on my page); it’s really effective. I worked out for a half an hour every day for 1 week and I stopped munching after smoking weed. Weed boosts your metabolism so if you’re a toker, STOP WITH THE MUNCHIES! Or at least eat some fruit but don’t finish that second row of cookies!!
I’m going to exercise now. I’m sending positive energy to all you dieters out there!

I haven’t posted a progress picture in a while, so I figured I would do one. The last place I have to lose is around my waist. I hate my stomach and it seems like I will never get rid of it, but I’m working very hard. Any advice on how to work on that would be greatly appreciated.

Well, as fun as it was working out at home with some pretty awesome workout videos; I have decided I’m going to buy a 1 year gym membership.
I think this is going to be very beneficial! I can’t wait to get my ass to the gym :D
And I’ll be going with my best friend too! She’s already skinny though so I’m going to feel so lard running next to her on the treadmill.
